Running course

OC President Bruno Lafranchi (PB 2h11'12 "and 2X OS participations) offers you the optimal preparation for the Zurich Marathon (October 2017 - April 2018). The offer includes besides varied workouts in different performance groups such as endurance, interval training, etc. also performance tests (5km run with lactate measurement), long-jog on the original course of the Zurich Marathon and various presentations.
