How can I transcribe a registration?
The only way to transcribe a registration is to bring the confirmation E-Mail to the originally registered runner to the number bib distribution site and have the registration transcribed to you at the Datasport Troubledesk. A fee of CHF 20.00 applies.
Where can I return my transponder after the race?
Please return the transponder after crossing the finish line to the volunteers in the finishing tent. If you forget to do so, you can return the transponder at the information desk (at Hafendamm Enge), or mail it by post to: Datasport AG, Postfach 117, 4563 Gerlafingen. Transponders that are not returned will be subject to a replacement fee of CHF 60.00.
I have lost my Datasport confirmation or the receipt of my postal money transfer. What do I have to do in order to be able to pick up my number bib?
All runners will receive a confirmation e-mail at the beginning of April. Please bring this e-mail with you when you pick up your number bib.
Can I still register after the registration deadline?
No registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
No refunds will be issued. See the section regulations.
Can I purchase insurance in case I can not run the race?
Yes, when you register online (Datasport) you will be given the option to purchase insurance to cover your cancellation costs. The general insurance conditions can be found at www.datasport.ch.
